Registration

Registrants are urged to register before June 20, 2008 to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration. The deadline for advance registration is July 11, 2008. Any registration forms received by our office after this date, including on-site, will not be accepted.

Please note that registrations received after July 11, 2008 will not be accepted. Therefore, we would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the Registration Desk at the Symposium Site to receive the symposium materials. If you need an invoice for the payment, please inquire to the Registration Office: hbd-reg@ics-inc.co.jp

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your participation in the symposium, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. As a general rule, the date for the refund will be set on a date after the day of the symposium. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)

When written notice of cancellation received:
Until June 30, 2008: 20% of the amount paid plus bank handling charge From July 1, 2008: 100% of the amount paid (No refund)

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Organizing Committee has booked a limited number of rooms at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo for the conference participants from overseas. Participant can reserve the room in the website of the hotel using the ID and password notified in the registration confirmation mail.
