Registration Method

To register, please use the online registration form. General participants including members of company are urged to register before February 15, 2011 to obtain the early-bird registration fee.
The deadline date for advance registration is March 9, 2011.
Please fulfill the online registration application form in English.

Payment Method

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in the following methods.

Confirmation

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the meeting. If you need an invoice for the payment, please inquire to the Registration Office:

Cancellation/Refund

If you cancel your participation in the meeting, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately.
The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. As a general rule, the date for the refund will be set on a date after the day of the meeting. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back)
